For rising high school seniors (Class of 2010)

Immerse yourself in a day and a half long college experience and learn more about careers, academic programs, making the most of your college experience and getting ready for the application process. Read more and register today!

Check in is between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26.  The program concludes at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 27.

Program will include:
  • Career Services presentation about assessing your skills and interests and searching for a career.
  • Specific career/academic sessions to educate you about career opportunities in certain fields and the type of preparation required for them (specific career fields represented are indicated on registration form).
  • Workshops on making the most of your college experience through value-added programs and services, such as an Honors Program, service immersion and service learning, leadership involvement, study abroad and more.
  • Spend the night in a college residence hall.
  • Tour Canisius College and learn more about the admissions process, scholarships and financial aid.
  • Parent program will take place on Monday, July 27 beginning at approximately 3:30 and concluding at approximately 6:30, and will include a tour of campus, admission presentation and dinner with the students.
Cost to Student:  $50, includes overnight accommodation on campus, all meals and all workshops/sessions related to the program.

Additional Costs:  $10 for each parent who would like to attend the dinner on Monday, July 27.

SPACES FOR THE PROGRAM ARE LIMITED AND REGISTRATIONS WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS UNTIL SPACES ARE FULL. 
All portions of the application must be complete in order to register for the program.
