As a fundamentally interdisciplinary program, bioinformatics faculty draws from the fields of biology, chemistry, computer science, mathematics and statistics and physics.  The following faculty members are involved in the program at the administrative level and assist in the development of the bioinformatics curriculum and policies.  Many additional faculty members’ courses comprise the core of the bioinformatics major.
