The Biology Department offers five minors. Each prepares graduates for exciting careers in biological or health sciences.
Minor Programs Plan Ahead
Students get a head start with our early assurance admissions programs to medical and dental schools, which enable them to apply for acceptance at the end of their sophomore year.
Canisius partners with S.U.N.Y. Buffalo Medical and Dental schools as well as Syracuse Medical School.
Canisius and Beyond
Joint degree programs are seven-year programs, of which the first three years are spent at Canisius and the last four years at either the S.U.N.Y. Dental School or the N.Y. College of Podiatric Medicine.
