Whether you are a traditional or adult student, the lessons learned and obstacles overcome during college can provide for emotional growth and maturity. However, these lessons and obstacles may also have negative outcomes such as overwhelming stress, anxiety, and other difficulties that affect your performance as a student.
If this happens to you, the

What Happens During the Counseling Process?
You will initially meet with a counselor who will listen to your concerns and then, together, you will establish some goals. You will continue to meet with your counselor about once each week as you work toward achieving those goals. Sometimes it may only take one session.
