Refunds will be provided up to fourteen business days prior to the start of the program, less a $25 administration fee. Substitutions from the same company for entire program will be permitted. Test vouchers are valid for one year from the date class is completed with no exceptions.

SHRM Program
Cancellations received in writing seven days prior to program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to program start date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time before the program begins.
