The Center for Professional Development, located outside Buffalo NY, specializes in customized training and development programs, tailored to meet the specific needs of your employees and strengthen your core competencies.
How we help achieve your goals:
- Our Senior Training and Consulting Managers will meet with the President, HR manager, or other executive to complete a needs assessment and develop expected outcomes. At this point, there is no obligation on the part of the organization.
- The Center for Professional Development will then prepare a proposal outlining a training and development program covering content and expected outcomes.
- Our Senior Training and Consulting Managers, as well as faculty members, will meet with you and/or your key staff to design and implement your unique workshop and materials.
- Programs can be conducted at your site, at the Canisius Amherst Conference Center or at the Canisius Main Street Campus.
- At the end, the program will be evaluated for outcomes with a written summary provided to your organization.
