succeed at Canisius

The CSCP program is a faculty-supervised, student-driven endeavor which partners non-profit agencies and small businesses in our community with teams of graduate or undergraduate students of the Richard J. Wehle School of Business.  Student teams provide consulting services free of charge to selected organizations on a variety of strategic business issues.  These issues may include, but are not limited to, elements of marketing, human resources, accounting, finance, new product development, operations, strategic planning and information systems.

Everyone involved benefits from this program. Students gain experience applying skills to the real-life challenges facing businesses today, and they provide valuable community service.  Organizations benefit from having talented and energetic students take a fresh look at a problem, analyze it and make recommendations in the form of a written report or oral presentation.  Clients have the satisfaction of knowing they have helped students to learn, and students have helped a local organization to succeed.
