To apply for the Employer Assisted Housing Program at Canisius College, download the form here.
Once you have filled out the form, please mail or fax it with a copy of your purchase contract for your home and a copy of your loan application (if available), to the Personnel Department in Bagen Hall, Room 108. The fax number is 888-2233.
