Course On Leading Effective Cultural Change

BUFFALO, NY − The Canisius College Center for Professional Development (CPD), 300 Corporate Parkway, Amherst, will offer a course on Leading Effective Cultural Change on Thursday, November 19 from 9 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
A good deal of time and money is invested in workplace training. But, oftentimes after months or weeks of training what had been learned is not applied in the workplace. This program introduces participants to a model to manage effective cultural change to ensure that they achieve their objectives.
