Canisius has prepared countless students for law school. Many attend such institutions as Georgetown, Columbia, Notre Dame, Cornell and Harvard.

The Frank G. Raichle Pre-law Center at Canisius, one of the first of its kind in the United States, provides pre-professional counseling and advisement, new courses and extra-curricular activities in the field of law. The center also awards eight need-based scholarships to prospective pre-law students each year.
