The mission of the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations is to serve as the liaison between Canisius College and corporations and foundations. We are committed to initiating, cultivating and maintaining mutually rewarding relationships with our corporate and foundation partners in ways that enhance each of our organizations’ missions and interests.
Funding from corporate and foundation partners is critical to Canisius College. Gifts and grants provide important financial resources for:
- capital projects on the campus
- equipment/instrumentation purchases
- innovative learning opportunities that benefits students and faculty
- scholarship opportunities
- service and cultural programs for the community
Excluding sponsored program grants, Canisius received more than $2 million in commitments from corporate and foundation donors last year alone. These organizations are advancing Canisius toward its goal of becoming one of the premier college’s in the northeast.
