Buffalo, NY - Animal Behavior, Ecology and Conservation Professor Malini Suchak, PhD, weighed in with the online magazine Mind Matters about whether animals take revenge. In the Oct. 15 article, Suchak refers to her research, which finds that animals engage in reciprocity, "which we usually think of as 'you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" and is different than revenge which ... has a component of moral justification."
