Login to your myCanisius account using the credentials listed in your acceptance letter. After using the initial password to set up your account, you will then need to create a new password and set up the Multifactor Authentication.

Select the option labeled Gmail. It is very important that you check your account regularly as this is how your professors will be in contact with you.

You can also access your email account directly through Gmail. Please note that your email ends with "@my.canisius.edu", not "@canisius.edu".

Complete Immunization Record Form

All graduate students registered for 6 or more credit hours attending class on-campus or those who live on-campus are required by New York State to submit proof of immunity to measles, mumps, rubella and submit proof of either meningitis vaccination or a signed waiver declining vaccination prior to the first day of classes. Vaccinations are available in the Student Health Center at the university for a fee. To view New Graduate Student Health Requirements, click here.

Non-Canadian international students, studying on an F1 Visa are also required to submit a completed physical examination prior to the start of class. The physical examination and immunization form must be completed in English and signed by you and your health care provider.

International students from certain high-risk countries are required to be screened for tuberculosis upon arrival in the US. The Student Health Center can provide this screening with a blood test.  A history of BCG vaccine does not meet this requirement. The TB screening requirement is strictly enforced by the university.

International students can obtain a physical examination and tuberculosis test in the Student Health Center upon arrival at the college, for a fee.

Please contact the Student Health Center at @email with any questions about these requirements.
