The Magis Award

Magis Award which is given out from the HELA program director and faculty. Magis is a latin word that means more. At Canisius, in our Jesuit tradition, we challenge our students to strive for Magis, or in other words, excellence, not only in the classroom but in our campus community! We many faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends who support our program and go above and beyond to make great things happen. The recipient of this award truly embody the word Magis, or more, in everything that they do.
