Adjunct Professor
Dr. Steve Metzger currently serves as the Director of Special Programs for the Niagara-Wheatfield Central School District. Previously, he served as the Assistant Director and a Professional Development Specialist at Erie 2 and O/N BOCES. Prior to his administrative roles, Dr. Metzger began his career as a special education teacher for the Orchard Park Central School District for nearly nine years.
Dr. Metzger has taught graduate level courses at both Canisius and St. Bonaventure Universities. He earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership from D'Youville University in 2014. Additionally, he holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from St. Bonaventure University and a Master's and Bachelor's degree from SUNY Fredonia.
